Accounts and Corporation Tax
Year-end accounts and Corporation Tax, filed on time
Statutory accounts for Companies House and your CT600 for HMRC, prepared from your records and explained in plain English.
What we prepare
- Statutory year-end accounts for limited companies, filed at Companies House
- Corporation Tax computations and CT600 returns, filed with HMRC
- Year-end accounts for sole traders and partnerships
- Director’s loan account reviews and dividend paperwork
- A clear summary of your profit, tax due and payment dates
Deadlines we manage for you
A private limited company normally files its accounts at Companies House within nine months of its year end. Corporation Tax for most small companies is payable nine months and one day after the end of the accounting period, and the CT600 return is due within twelve months. Late filing brings automatic penalties, so we plan the work well ahead of each date.
More than a compliance exercise
While preparing your accounts we look at how you take money out of the company, how much tax you are setting aside and whether your structure still suits the business. On our compliance and advisory packages we also offer benchmarking, help raising finance and support with mergers and acquisitions.
